FAQ
• When will my order ship?
All orders are shipped with USPS in 7-10 business days, which is Monday through Friday. Pre-orders have longer processing times and will be described in their product listings.
The weekends are my personal days/time off so if you place an order on Saturday or Sunday, it won't be processed until the business week begins.
After successfully ordering from Bre's Tiny Print Shop, you will receieve a confirmation e-mail. If your order has a tracking number (non-digital items only) it will be included in the body of your confimration e-mail. If you ordered a digital zine, there is no shipping or tracking and the PDFs will be e-mailed to you.
• What if I need it quicker?
Only some items have a Priority option during checkout. However, if you need expedited shipping on your order please reach out to me so we can go over the rates. Otherwise everything is shipped standard.
• How is shipping calculated?
I calculate the shipping based on current USPS pricing. Your shipping will vary based on how much your order weighs, the cost of package materials, and your location. I do not profit from shipping prices nor can I control how much it costs.
Digital items are not charged for shipping.
• What about international orders?
I'm happy to ship internationally and do so often! The shipping for international orders vary based on size and weight of your order and where you are located. The pricing reflects current USPS pricing and I do not control this number nor make a profit from shipping calculations.
It take USPS about 6-14 days to deliver outside of the United States.
Please be aware that international buyers are responsible for any applicable custom fees associated with their orders.
I will NOT mark items as "gifts" to save you on custom fees as it's important for my records to send packages from my shop as transactions for goods. Shipping packages as anything other than a sold good could jeapordize my shop and I am not willing to do that.
I gave you the wrong address! What do I do?
Please double (or triple!) check that your address is correct before placing your order. If you place an order and realize the address is incorrect, please contact me right away and I will edit it for you.
Please be aware that after your order has been shipped, there is nothing I can do about an incorrect address attached to your order. If this happens, you will simply have to re-order.
If I ship to an incorrect address at no fault of my own, but due to you providing me with incorrect information, you will be charged the shipping again for it to be resent.
To avoid being charged twice, PLEASE make sure your address is right. Look over zip codes, apartment nubers, and street names just to be sure.
This happens a lot and I have no choice but to charge you shipping again for your mistake, but I am happy to help you before it is shipped so don't feel afraid to reach out as soon as possible if you need an address change!
I never got my order! Now what?
I ship all orders within 7-10 business days (unless otherwise stated in the item descriptions), but the actual delivery could take anywhere from 2 - 14 days after shipment depending on your location. Please double check your tracking number for updates.
Although I am not responsible for how long shipments take after they are shipped with USPS, please contact me if you have delays longer than 2 - 3 weeks.
Please also be aware that I am not responsible for orders that are LOST or STOLEN after it has been marked delivered by USPS.
In the event that this happens, please reach out to me anyway. I can help you wtih next steps on how to report packages that are marked as delievered but never arrive. Usually there is little I can do on my end since the package has reached your state, but there are steps I can help you take with your local Post Office.
For example, sometimes packages are marked as "delivered" by your carrier prematurely and may show up a day or two after the fact. This can be discovered only by contacting your local PO, but like I said I can help you with this process in case this ever happens.
• Refunds and Exchanges...
Due to the handmade nature of my art I do not accept returns or exchanges after your order has been successfully delivered.
However, if you come across any issues with your products please do not hesitate to contact me. I will never take offense if you reach out to me about an item arriving faulty or broken, as these things happen sometimes.
I want to make sure you have a pleasant experience with Bre's Tiny Print Shop and will strive to resolve issues in a way that benefits us both.
• Do you accept custom orders?
The only custom orders accepted are the listings available on my product page. For example, the sun printed custom shirts.
However, if you would like a zine commission please reach out to me via e-mail or my contact button. I am currently accepting commissions for mini and standard zines.
